LNG for industry

LNG is natural gas that, through an industrial cooling process, reaches a temperature of around -160°C and becomes a liquid. In its liquid form, it shrinks by 600 times, which means that 1 m³ of LNG contains 600 normal cubic meters of natural gas.
Thanks to this physical property, we achieve efficiency in transport and storage, which allows gas fuel to be supplied to factories, logistics centers, public institutions, cogeneration engines, and even entire towns. Additionally, during the liquefaction process, natural gas is purified, and the methane content typically reaches 98% or more.
To supply devices with LNG, a regasification station must be built at the customer’s site. The regasification station is connected to the receivers via an internal gas pipeline network, and after pressure reduction, we obtain gas at the required pressure.
The regasification station includes a cryogenic tank, usually with a capacity of 60 m³ in liquid form. Smaller capacity tanks can also be used or connected in series to increase storage volume.
Using a 60 m³ tank means we can store 32,400 normal cubic meters of high-methane gas. This allows for gas storage for 13 days with continuous consumption at a rate of 100 m³/h.
LNG is delivered to consumers using cryogenic tankers with a capacity of 18 tons. This means that we can deliver over 24,000 normal cubic meters of gas in a single transport. JetGas will help you design and build an LNG regasification station on your site.

LNG and LCNG for transport
LNG is a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional diesel for powering transport. It is particularly useful in domestic and international heavy transport, urban bus depots, and municipal utility fleets.
To use LNG/LCNG fuel, an LNG and/or LCNG refueling station must be built at your own depot, or an external refueling network can be used. JetGas will help you design and deliver the necessary infrastructure for refueling eco-friendly LNG and LCNG as a turnkey project.
The benefits of using LNG/LCNG in transport include a reduction of CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere by about 22% compared to diesel. A crucial factor for municipal authorities is also noise reduction, which encourages the switch to LNG-powered buses, garbage trucks, and heavy vehicles.
